Stamping

Stamping is a forming processing method that relies on presses and molds to apply external force to plates, strips, pipes and profiles to cause plastic deformation or separation, so as to obtain workpieces (punchings) of the required shape and size. Stamping and forging are both plastic processing (or pressure processing), collectively referred to as forging. The blanks to be stamped are mainly hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel plates and strips. The stamping adopts composite dies, especially multi-station progressive dies, which can complete multiple stamping processes on one press. The engineering geological exploration application technology can realize the process from strip uncoiling, leveling, punching to forming and finishing. Fully automatic production. The production efficiency is high, the working conditions are good, and the production cost is low. Generally, hundreds of pieces can be produced per minute.
